Atyopsis moluccensis, commonly known as the Bamboo Shrimp, is a fascinating filter-feeding shrimp recognised by its fan-shaped feeding appendages. It uses these fans to capture fine food particles carried by the water current.
This peaceful shrimp thrives in aquariums with good water flow and plenty of places to perch. It is an excellent addition to community aquariums and is best kept with other peaceful species.
