The finger-loop-free design is operated by gently squeezing the handles together. Releasing the grip allows the internal spring to reopen the blades automatically.

Directions

1. Hold the scissors lightly by the textured grip area.
2. Position the blades around the selected plant tissue.
3. Squeeze gently to make the cut.
4. Release the grip and allow the spring to reopen the blades.
5. Continue using short, controlled trimming movements.
6. Do not cut stones, metal mesh, wire or hard woody material.
7. Remove all loose plant clippings from the aquarium.
8. Rinse the scissors with clean water after use.
9. Dry the blades and spring mechanism thoroughly.
10. Store in a dry and protected location.
