Tunze Coral Gum fast 115 g (4.06oz.)

The two components are kneaded together until the colour and consistency are completely uniform. The resulting putty can be shaped around uneven reef-rock surfaces, coral skeletons and frag plugs.

Coral Gum Fast can be applied underwater, allowing corals to be positioned without dismantling the reef structure. Its fast-setting formula is convenient for fragments that require prompt and stable support.

Directions

1. Select and prepare the final mounting position.
2. Remove loose debris, algae and sediment from the surfaces.
3. Take equal amounts of both components.
4. Wear suitable protective gloves.
5. Knead until the colour and consistency are uniform.
6. Shape the putty immediately.
7. Press it firmly into the texture of the reef rock.
8. Press the frag plug or exposed coral skeleton into the putty.
9. Shape the material to support the coral.
10. Avoid covering living coral tissue.
11. Hold the coral in position when required.
12. Avoid disturbing the joint during the initial curing period.
13. Allow up to 24 hours for complete curing.
