Target: 7-9 dKH (maximal 1dKH/d)
Buffers PH and supports coral skeleton growth in SPS and LPS corals. Use as last, after all salt are dissolved.

Start dosing: ~0,9g / 100l per day (adjust according to real consumption)

Preparing a dosing solution for KH+ dosing pumps

NaHCO3, solubility = 96g/l (25°C)
This is one of the less optimally soluble substances, which means the container used will always be somewhat larger than for the others. With a 5-liter container, you can estimate it will last about 2 months for a 500-liter aquarium.

For preparing 1 liter of KH+ solution: Weigh 90 grams of NaHCO3 and fill up to 1 liter with RO water (total volume should be 1 liter). Shake the bottle well until everything is dissolved. It dissolves better and faster if you first heat the RO water in a pan to 40-50 degrees Celsius (just warm enough to still hold).

This solution is almost saturated and has the following concentration: 90g/l => 1g KH corresponds to approximately 11.11ml of KH+ solution (1000/90).

• If your daily KH+ consumption is calculated to be 10 grams, this corresponds to (10/1)*11.1ml = 111ml of the KH+ solution.
