Nyos ION Elements 2 CA/MG is a trace element mix containing chromium, iron, cobalt, copper, manganese, nickel, vanadium and zinc.

The need for trace elements has been understood in reef tanks for decades, but only modern water analysis has shown which elements are actually consumed and in what proportion. Some, such as vanadium, rubidium and selenium, were largely overlooked before. It is also known that iron and zinc, for instance, must be stabilised or they are not available to corals.

The Nyos ION Elements range is built on the real consumption of modern reef aquariums. The elements are stabilised and directly available.

Dosing is simple: the mix goes straight into the ION-B CA/MG+ solution, so the trace elements come along with your normal daily dose. Adjust the amount to your own tank’s consumption.
