MANGROVE AGED WOOD XL

Natural mangrove wood for the freshwater aquarium, about 50 centimetres.

The largest piece of the range weighs 1.4 kilos.

Wood of this size is no longer soaked in a bucket. Use a bath or a large plastic vessel – and remember that water enough is wanted to cover the wood entirely.

The soaking may also be done in the tank itself before the fish go in. The first change of water then comes after the soaking, and the water stained by tannins is carried off at one go.

Soak at least four days, and longer for choice.
