Superfish Air‑Box Nr. 2 is a complete and more powerful pond aeration kit, featuring an air pump installed inside a weatherproof protective Air‑Box housing. Compared to the Nr. 1 model, Nr. 2 provides a significantly higher air output and is suitable for medium‑sized and larger ponds.

The Air‑Box is placed on land near the pond, while airline tubing leads from the housing into the pond, where the air stones are positioned in the water. This setup keeps the air pump protected from rain, splash water and dirt while ensuring efficient oxygen transfer into the pond.

Air‑Box Nr. 2 supports oxygen levels and gas exchange, improves fish wellbeing and helps maintain biological balance. It can be used during summer and winter to support gas exchange under ice but is not designed to keep the entire pond ice‑free during severe frost.
