Wild Type Axolotl (Ambystoma mexicanum)
The Wild Type Axolotl represents the natural coloration of the species. Its colour pattern ranges from dark brown and grey to olive and black tones, creating a highly natural appearance that resembles wild axolotl populations.
Like all axolotls, it is a fully aquatic amphibian that remains in its aquatic larval form throughout its life. It thrives in cool, clean water and requires plenty of floor space.
