The Blue Marine Skim 600 and 2000 are quality Sump Skimmers with a high air intake rate. The air intake is the most important feature for a protein skimmer, the skimmers have an air intake of respectively 450 and 1200 liters per hour! The contact time between air and water is the second most important point, the venturi-system and the Needle Wheel rotor together with the bubble diffusor plate ensures an optimized air/water contact time in the skimmer body. These 3rd generation Blue Marine skimmers are equipped with a new DC power pump with the latest inverter technology allowing energy saving, noise control and a precise adjustable water flow.
