The Diversa Acrylic Terrarium is a functional and attractive enclosure designed for keeping, observing, and displaying small terrarium animals. Clear acrylic provides an unobstructed view of the animal, plants, and interior from several directions. Its compact design is suitable for homes, breeding facilities, and terrarium collections.

The terrarium is supplied as a self assembly product. Acrylic panels are connected with the included rubber rings, eliminating the need for tools, glue, or screws. The structure can also be dismantled when required for cleaning, transportation, or compact storage.

A hinged lid provides convenient access for feeding, misting, and routine maintenance. The integrated safety lock helps prevent accidental opening and animal escapes. The lid is divided into fixed and movable sections, making the design particularly useful for species that build webs or nests. Routine care can be performed with minimal disturbance to the animal and its structures.

Gravity based upper and lower ventilation creates continuous air circulation inside the enclosure. Fresh air enters through the lower ventilation area and warmer air exits through the upper openings. This circulation helps manage humidity and reduce stagnant air.

The lower ventilation is positioned high enough to allow a generous layer of substrate. This is particularly important for terrestrial and burrowing species that use substrate for hiding, nesting, and natural digging behaviour.

The enclosure can be furnished according to the selected species using coconut fibre, moss, bark, cork, rocks, branches, leaf litter, and suitable plants. The layout should reflect the animal’s size, movement pattern, burrowing behaviour, climbing requirements, and preferred humidity.

Multiple sizes are available for animals ranging from small jumping spiders and beetles to larger scorpions, millipedes, and terrestrial amphibians. Taller models are suitable for arboreal and semi arboreal species, while wider and lower models provide more floor space for terrestrial and burrowing animals.

The Diversa Acrylic Terrarium is not waterproof and must not be filled with water or submerged. Humidity should be maintained with controlled misting and a suitable substrate without allowing a permanent layer of standing water to develop.

Always select the enclosure according to the adult size, activity pattern, and environmental requirements of the intended species. An enclosure suitable for a juvenile animal may become too small as the animal grows.

Setup and use

  1. Remove any protective film from the acrylic panels.
  2. Assemble the enclosure according to the included instructions.
  3. Confirm that all panels and rubber rings are securely positioned.
  4. Test the hinged lid and safety lock.
  5. Add a substrate suitable for the selected species.
  6. Install the required hides, branches, cork, and other furnishings.
  7. Adjust temperature and humidity according to the species.
  8. Monitor conditions with suitable measuring equipment.
  9. Keep all ventilation openings unobstructed.
  10. Introduce the animal only after conditions have stabilized.

Always assess suitability according to the requirements of the intended species. Consider adult size, ventilation, humidity, temperature, substrate depth, climbing behaviour, and the need for safe hiding places.
