Nyos Magnesium+ is a high-purity magnesium chloride for bringing the magnesium level of a marine aquarium quickly to where it should be. It suits both one-off correction and continuous balling dosing.
In a reef tank magnesium is the value that holds the calcium and carbonate balance together. If magnesium runs low, calcium and KH will not stay up no matter how much you dose. Measure magnesium at least once a week.

Dosage
As a solution (recommended): dissolve 1,000 g in 2,000 ml of RO water. The solution then holds 60,000 mg/l of magnesium. 17 ml of it raises magnesium in a 100 litre aquarium by about 10 mg/l.
Direct: 84 g raises magnesium in a 1,000 litre aquarium by about 10 mg/l.
