Exoterra valo dome 18CM

A dome fixture for terrariums, dome diameter 18 cm. The socket is heat-resistant ceramic.

The dome is deeper than usual and extends beyond the face of most bulbs. The polished aluminium reflector increases light and UVB and UVA output by up to 100% – with a UV bulb this is what decides whether the radiation still reaches the floor of the terrarium.

The fixture takes all Exo Terra incandescent bulbs (max 75 W) and compact fluorescent bulbs (max 26 W). Exceptions: the Solar Glo and the ceramic heater are not suitable for this fixture.

An on/off switch and a hanger are included; the power cord is 180 cm.

With an Exo Terra glass terrarium the fixture is suspended using the Light Bracket. The product is intended for keeping reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates only.
