Finely shredded maritime pine bark for the terrarium floor, 26.4 l. 100% natural (Pinus pinaster, Portugal), made in the EU.

Finely shredded bark binds moisture effectively and gives it up slowly, so humidity stays steady between waterings.

The difference from Forest Bark is the particle size: this is finely shredded, so the animal can dig a burrow that holds its shape. Coarser bark collapses.

The material is heat-treated to reduce bacterial contamination and it absorbs odour.

Use: spread a 3 to 5 cm layer on the terrarium floor. Water or mist according to the humidity your species requires and follow it with a hygrometer. Spot clean daily.
