A cave for snakes and lizards, size Small (16 × 11.5 × 7.3 cm).

A hiding place is not decoration in a terrarium but a basic requirement. Without a safe spot to sleep in, reptiles and amphibians become stressed, and that stress shows in both activity and appetite.

Natural moss is included. Dampened, the moss turns the cave into a moist hide or a nesting box. For snakes this matters: a humid pocket softens the old skin and helps the shed come off in one piece.

The cave is sturdy and will not tip under a larger reptile. The natural finish suits both desert and tropical terrariums.
