An automatic feeder for flakes and granules.

Programming: four feeding times per day, and the amount for each is set separately in ten steps. Manual feeding is possible at any time. It is operated with four keys and a clear display.

Container and moisture: the food container holds 120 ml, which covers a longer holiday. The telling detail is the Damp-Proof construction: the container closes again after every feeding. Splashing water and rising damp therefore do not reach the food, it stays dry and does not clump – even crushed flakes still dose properly.

Filling: with the paper funnel included, without dismantling the unit. The filling opening is sealed against moisture separately.

Mounting: the accessories include a stand for hoods with a feeding flap and a clamp for horizontal bars or vertical panes. The manufacturer states the unit as very quiet.

For fine food: with a grain size of 0.1–1 mm, the red sera Screw Xtra Fine conveyor is fitted instead; it doses about seven times less than the black one supplied.
