Hanna Dist 4 pocket conductivity (EC) to 19,99 mS/cm tester

The HI98304 DiST 4 is a high-range EC tester for freshwater aquariums, hydroponics, nutrient solutions, water treatment and general laboratory or field use.

A large multi-level LCD displays conductivity and temperature simultaneously. The screen also shows measurement stability, calibration status and remaining battery level. A simple two-button interface provides separate power and calibration controls.

Directions

1. Calibrate the tester with fresh 12.88 mS/cm standard.
2. Rinse the sensor with a small amount of the sample.
3. Switch the instrument on.
4. Immerse the probe without exceeding the maximum immersion mark.
5. Move the tester gently to release trapped air.
6. Wait for conductivity and temperature to stabilise.
7. Record the result after the stability indicator appears.
8. Rinse the graphite sensor with purified water after use.
9. Do not allow nutrient or mineral residue to dry on the sensor.
10. Replace the protective cap before storage.
