Korallen Zucht Coral Vitalizer – Coralfood Concentrate

Korallen-Zucht Pohl’s Coral Vitalizer is a concentrated coral food for marine and reef aquariums. Its combination of liquid and fine solid nutritional components provides suspended food particles that corals can capture directly from the water.

The product is particularly suitable for SPS corals, although many LPS corals and soft corals can also benefit from regular feeding. It complements the energy obtained through photosynthesis and supports coral growth, tissue condition, and natural coloration.

Nutrition for SPS corals

SPS corals do not depend exclusively on light. Although their symbiotic algae provide a significant amount of energy through photosynthesis, corals can also capture plankton, bacterial biomass, dissolved nutrients, and suspended organic particles.

Supports polyp extension

Initial changes may be visible after approximately 7–10 days of consistent use. The final response depends on coral species, water quality, lighting, circulation, and aquarium nutrient levels.

Supports growth and natural coloration

Coral Vitalizer provides supplementary nutrition that supports living tissue and skeletal growth. Its formula is designed to maintain bright, natural coral coloration without causing unnecessary darkening.

Dosage

Dose daily:

1–3 drops per 100 litres of actual aquarium-system water volume.

Begin at the lower end of the dosage range and increase gradually according to coral population and feeding response.

Instructions

1. Calculate the actual aquarium-system water volume.
2. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
3. Begin with one drop per 100 litres daily.
4. Add the product to an area with strong circulation.
5. Do not dose the concentrate directly onto coral tissue.
6. Keep circulation pumps operating during feeding.
7. Dose at approximately the same time each day.
8. Monitor coral polyp extension and growth.
9. Increase the quantity gradually when necessary.
10. Do not exceed three drops per 100 litres daily.
11. Reduce dosing if the water becomes cloudy.
12. Monitor nitrate and phosphate regularly.
13. Maintain an efficient protein skimmer.
14. Avoid changing several coral-food doses simultaneously.

Storage

Store Coral Vitalizer in a refrigerator. Close the bottle securely after use and prevent aquarium water or contamination from entering it.
