Hanna Water resistant pocket pH conductivity (EC) up to 3999 uS/c

HI98129 replaces several separate meters by measuring:

• pH
• Electrical conductivity
• Total dissolved solids
• Temperature

The dual-level LCD shows the selected main parameter and temperature simultaneously. A stability indicator helps identify when the result is ready to record, while the HOLD function freezes the reading on the display.

The instrument is designed primarily for freshwater and low-conductivity applications. Its EC range is not sufficient for normal-strength seawater.

Directions

1. Calibrate pH with suitable fresh buffer solutions.
2. Calibrate conductivity with 1413 µS/cm standard.
3. Rinse the sensor with a small amount of the sample.
4. Select pH, EC or TDS mode.
5. Immerse the measuring head to the permitted depth.
6. Move the tester gently to release trapped air.
7. Wait for the temperature and main reading to stabilise.
8. Record the result after the stability indicator clears.
9. Rinse the sensor with clean water after use.
10. Store the pH electrode moist in proper electrode-storage solution.
11. Never store the pH electrode in RO or deionised water.
