A wide-range horizontal thermometer for terrariums. It is stuck to the glass with adhesive, either inside or outside.

Placement decides the measurement: with a single thermometer choose a central location, not the coolest or the warmest spot. With two thermometers you can see the gradient: one in the warmest spot and one in the coolest. Keep the thermometer away from the direct light and heat of an incandescent bulb.

Install it horizontally: the temperature varies at different heights in the terrarium, so a horizontal installation gives a reading for the level you are measuring.

Installation: remove the paper backing, make sure the surface is clean and dry, and press the thermometer firmly into place.
