ATI T5 Coral Plus Reef Tube

ATI Coral Plus is a versatile high-output reef-lighting tube suitable for use as a stand-alone lamp, in multi-tube T5 fixtures or as part of a T5-LED hybrid system.

The strong blue component supports fluorescent colour display, while the full-spectrum and red components maintain natural-looking fish, coral and rock coloration. Coral Plus appears whiter and brighter than Blue Plus and is considerably brighter than a dedicated actinic tube.

Always confirm the fixture wattage, G5 socket and actual tube length before ordering.

Installation and replacement

1. Disconnect the fixture from power.
2. Allow the old tube to cool.
3. Remove the splash guard where applicable.
4. Remove the existing tube according to the fixture instructions.
5. Inspect the sockets, seals and reflectors.
6. Install the new Coral Plus tube evenly at both ends.
7. Refit all splash-protection components.
8. Reconnect the fixture and test operation.
9. Acclimate corals if total light intensity increases.
10. Replace the tube approximately every 8–12 months in demanding reef use.
