GHL ProfiLux Mini/Light-Adapter

The GHL ProfiLux Mini/Light-Adapter separates the controller’s multifunction connection into dedicated interfaces for sensors and accessories. It provides a convenient way to add water-level control, leak monitoring, automatic feeding, and compatible GHL lighting to a compact ProfiLux system.

Level and leakage sensors

The adapter supports up to three compatible level or leakage sensors. These can be used for:

• Automatic top-off
• High-water safety protection
• Low-water alarms
• Reservoir monitoring
• Automatic water changes
• Pump dry-run protection
• Leak detection

Using multiple sensors enables redundant safety configurations. Maximum pump operating times can also be configured in ProfiLux.

Automatic feeder connection

A compatible GHL Automatic Fish Feeder can be connected to the dedicated feeder interface. Feeding events can be combined with automatic feeding pauses for pumps and filtration equipment.

Lighting connection

The adapter supports compatible Mitras Lightbar and Slimline lighting. Available functions depend on the light and system configuration and may include sunrise, sunset, moon phases, clouds, thunderstorms, acclimation, and scheduled dimming.

Installation

1. Disconnect the ProfiLux controller from power.
2. Install the adapter in a dry location.
3. Connect the included cable to the adapter.
4. Connect the other end to the controller’s multifunction port.
5. Connect the required sensors and accessories.
6. Restore power to the controller.
7. Configure the devices in GHL Connect or GHL Control Center.
8. Assign the required level, leakage, feeding, and lighting functions.
9. Test each function under supervision.
10. Back up the ProfiLux configuration.
