GHL ProfiLux 4e

GHL ProfiLux 4e is the Essential version of the ProfiLux 4 controller platform. It provides the core automation, monitoring, and safety functions of the ProfiLux ecosystem while allowing additional measurement capabilities to be added later.

Standard measurement support includes digital water temperature and either pH or redox/ORP. Conductivity and marine salinity monitoring can be added using a compatible expansion card or Expansion Box.

Core automation operates locally under ProfiLuxOS without requiring continuous internet or cloud access.

The pH or redox probe, conductivity probe, calibration fluids, Powerbar, and PAB cables are sold separately unless included in a specific Controller Set.

Installation and setup

1. Install the controller in a dry, splash-protected location.
2. Connect the included digital temperature sensor.
3. Connect the selected pH or redox probe.
4. Position the probes in steadily circulating water.
5. Keep probes away from air bubbles and dosing outlets.
6. Calibrate the selected measurement probe.
7. Connect a GHL Powerbar through PAB when required.
8. Connect additional PAB devices and expansion cards.
9. Assign sensors, sockets, pumps, and dosing channels.
10. Configure target values, hysteresis, and alarms.
11. Configure feeding and maintenance modes.
12. Connect ProfiLux to WiFi.
13. Configure GHL Connect and myGHL.
14. Test every measurement, control function, and safety routine.
15. Back up the configuration.
