The transparent acrylic supports provide a visually discreet alternative to the original adjustable legs supplied with compatible Chihiros A Series lights. The supports are installed at both ends of the light, allowing it to rest directly on the aquarium side glass.

The mounting system is particularly suitable for open, rimless planted aquariums and aquascaping displays.

Compatibility

Confirm the exact Chihiros light model before ordering. The supports are intended for the original Chihiros A Series and are not automatically compatible with A II, A II Max, WRGB, RGB, or other Chihiros lighting ranges.

Installation

1. Disconnect the light from power.
2. Remove the original adjustable supports.
3. Place the light on a clean, protected surface.
4. Install one acrylic support at each end.
5. Tighten the screws evenly and carefully.
6. Do not overtighten, as acrylic can crack.
7. Position the light on the aquarium side glass.
8. Centre the light above the aquarium.
9. Confirm that both supports are stable.
10. Route the power cable without pulling the light sideways.
11. Create a drip loop in the cable.
12. Inspect the supports and screws regularly.
