Glamorca Reverse Osmosis Membrane

The membrane forms the fourth filtration stage of the Glamorca RO1 system. Incoming water first passes through sediment and activated-carbon cartridges before reaching the membrane. The membrane then removes most dissolved contaminants, while the final DI cartridge polishes the water to a TDS close to zero or 0 ppm.

Regular replacement helps maintain water production, contaminant rejection and DI-resin service life.

Replacement

1. Close the feed-water valve.
2. Disconnect the RO1 system from power.
3. Release internal pressure according to the manual.
4. Unlock and remove the old membrane cartridge.
5. Install the new LS-TRM membrane in the correct position.
6. Lock the cartridge completely.
7. Open the feed water slowly.
8. Check all connections for leaks.
9. Flush the new membrane according to the system instructions.
10. Discard the initial flushing water.
11. Confirm normal product-water and wastewater flow.
12. Monitor the product-water TDS.
13. Reset the membrane-service indicator where required.
