Chihiros mounting stand, aluminum real-glass

The aluminium mounting stand provides the benefits of suspended aquarium lighting without requiring ceiling installation. It attaches directly to the aquarium rear glass and supports a compatible LED light with the appropriate suspension cables.

The adjustable height and three suspension grooves allow the position and light spread to be adapted to the aquarium. The stand is particularly suitable for open, rimless planted aquariums and aquascaping displays.

Installation

1. Confirm the light weight and suspension method.
2. Determine whether one or two stands are required.
3. Measure the aquarium-glass thickness.
4. Inspect and clean the rear-glass mounting area.
5. Assemble the stand according to its instructions.
6. Position the glass-protection components correctly.
7. Attach the stand to the rear glass.
8. Tighten the clamp evenly without overtightening.
9. Install the second stand when required.
10. Confirm that both stands are vertical and level.
11. Attach the model-specific suspension cables.
12. Select the appropriate groove on the horizontal arm.
13. Suspend and level the light.
14. Confirm that all cables and locks are secure.
15. Route the power cable without tension.
16. Create a drip loop.
17. Inspect the complete installation regularly.
